Dark, Unappreciated Windows

BY SAMANTHA ROSA

Chestnut oculi scan the screen

Rapidly to and fro,

Dancing against smooth milky orbs,

They expand and contract periodically.

Studious, calm, focused

Is the one who owns these portals,

Always darting, in search for the next venture.

They never cease, even in sleep.

Rhythmically racing, his dark orbs rush about the scene before him.

Yet he despises them; his lovely eyes.
