ADVICE: Why can’t I sleep at night?

Dear Friend,

The leading cause of troubled sleeping is stress.  Try drinking some non-caffeinated tea to lull yourself into a deep slumber.  You also may be too warm or there could be too much light in the room.  Some medications may cause you to have trouble sleeping as well.  It’s either that or the invisible demon that’s been living in your room, hovering silently just inches above you as you lay awake.
